Goal:
Analyzing Internal and External Factors to Uncover Business Growth Opportunities and Drive Product Innovation.
Context:
This project aimed to assist a nonprofit organization in redefining its business strategy and identifying new product opportunities. The initiative focused on addressing donor engagement challenges and aligning internal processes with evolving market demands.

Business Analysis:
Defined OKRs to align efforts with organizational goals.
Performed SWOT analysis and applied the Golden Circle methodology to uncover core values and opportunities.
2. Context and Audience Analysis:
Conducted benchmarking to understand market trends.
Developed detailed personas for NGOs and donors to guide strategy.
Mapped user journeys and service blueprints to visualize processes.





3. Solution Development
Brainstormed ideas and evaluated them using an effort-versus-impact framework.
Created a heatmap to compare potential solutions, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Presented findings and next steps to the client.
